Who we are
RichAppz Limited is a UK product studio led by Rich Mucha. For privacy questions, email rich@richappz.com.
What you share
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project details, selected services, budget and preferred start date. You may also provide a company name, phone number and project brief. Please do not upload passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use it
We use these details to consider your project, respond to you and discuss a possible working relationship. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for mailing lists or sell them.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries and briefs are stored privately using Lovable Cloud. Our hosting, storage and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, applicable data protection safeguards are required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to assess your project, manage our correspondence or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Cookies
The website remembers your cookie choice in your browser. You can clear saved website data using your browser settings. Your enquiry is not used to track you for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or object where we rely on legitimate interests. You may also have a right to data portability. Contact rich@richappz.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
