Open FoldeonMake sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy Pro.
Go to SettingsOpen Settings in the app.
Tap Restore PurchasesPro unlocks straight away. If it doesn’t, email us.

Do I need a folding iPhone?

No. On other iPhones, gently tilt the phone back and forth to pump the bellows.

There’s no sound

Check the ringer or silent switch and the volume. Sound only plays while the bellows move, so keep folding or rocking.

How far should I fold?

Only a little. Small, steady pumps of about 10° to 30° work best. Keep the phone open past 90°.

I’ve used up my plays for today

Free gives you 5 play-alongs a day, reset at midnight. Free play is unlimited. Foldeon Pro unlocks unlimited play-alongs.

How do I restore Foldeon Pro?

In the app’s Settings, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can you add a song?

We’d love to hear your ideas. Email us the song you want to play.

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Song requests are welcome too.
